Are you ready to head with me to Kenya for the ultimate cultural experience? One thing I pride myself on when traveling is culture immersion. I genuinely enjoy spending time with locals and immersing myself in local culture because it is the best way to learn about and appreciate the places you're traveling to. Kenya is actually one of my favorite countries and I'm excited to take you along for an experience of a lifetime. I'm talkin' safari, beach, and city life. You're getting all of that, and more, on this trip. I can't think of a better way to experience Kenya!

Day 1

You will be picked up by our friendly, experienced, and professional Kenyan transportation team. Enjoy the luxurious life in your home away from home. It’s been a long flight so relax.

What’s for dinner on the first night? Well, what’s luxury if you don’t have a personal chef to whip up local cuisine? Learn how to make local Kenyan cuisine from a local chef. Don’t worry - we got you covered with the drinks too!

I’m known for eating unique foods but don’t worry - there won’t be any goat bowels served during this meal.

Day 2

Today, we’ll head to our 3 day camping experience in one of the largest national parks in the world - and one of the few parks in Africa where you can witness the BIG 5 (lions, leopards, elephants, buffalo, rhinos)!

This ain’t the National Geographic channel - this is real life, honey.

You will awake to hippos every morning and the sounds of lions at night (don’t worry - you’re safe). You’ll also enjoy breakfast and dinner each day with local Maasai tribesmen. Sit around the campfire as they share their culture and history with you and take it all in. Yes, you are actually in Africa!

Day 3

Today, we'll take a hot air balloon ride over the safari.

We'll also begin our first official safari game drive. Though our guides are experienced and have been doing this for years, it’s all EYES on deck. Keep your eyes peeled for animals because they’re everywhere.

We'll have lunch in the park then head back to the camp in the evening. We'll stop in town and everyone will have a chance to explore (there are local bars and shops as well).

Day 4

How was the safari experience?Today, we will begin our trek back to our home in Nairobi for the night after our morning safari.

After arriving in Nairobi, you'll have some free time to relax before our 7-course culinary experience.

After dinner, let’s go to a local spot and enjoy some music and fun.

DAY 5

Now that we've had our safari experience, it's time to enjoy the beach. Our early morning flight from Nairobi will take us to Mombasa where we will enjoy pristine waters and peace.

In the afternoon, we'll take a city tour of Mombasa and soak up the history of this gorgeous city before hitting the dock and setting sail on our private dhow boat dinner cruise.

After returning from our cruise, the night is yours. Enjoy nightlife, the beach, or peace in your room. See you tomorrow!

DAY 6

Let's start the day with a light breakfast then it's your free day to explore and enjoy Mombasa (where we'll partake in wind surfing, water skiing, snorkeling, diving, and other water activities). You can "swim" (don't worry if you can't actually swim because I can't either), explore, eat, or do whatever your heart desires.

In the evening, we'll head back to the hotel then enjoy a unique eating experience before heading to the local market to explore.

DAY 7

We've done safari and beach life but now it's time to enjoy the city life in Nairobi. We’ll catch our early flight and return to Nairobi for our last two days.

Are you ready to try local favorites? A local culinary chef will guide us through the market to taste local Kenyan street food at one of Kenya’s most famous markets. Try mutura, ugali, local sugar cane, and other well-seasoned dishes that are guaranteed to have you wanting more.

During the evening, we’ll enjoy a local cultural dance show and spend time with locals who will teach us Afrobeat dances that we can surely use when we hit the streets for the nightlife.

Day 8

Today is our last full day together so we're giving you the day to explore and enjoy. Go to Giraffe Center ($15) to feed the giraffes or Elephant Orphanage ($20) to learn more about elephants....or just use this day to rest. It's up to you.

Finally, we'll have our last dinner at a popular restaurant in Nairobi known for game meat. Ever tried ostrich before?

This has been a great experience and, though we return to our final destinations tomorrow, we have built connections and created memories that will last forever!
