THAILAND
The Ultimate Cultural Experience

Are you ready to head with me to Thailand for the ultimate cultural experience? One thing I pride myself on when traveling is culture immersion. I genuinely enjoy spending time with locals and immersing myself in local culture because it is the best way to learn about and appreciate the places you're traveling to.

Fun fact: In 2018, I actually lived in Thailand (Chiang Mai to be exact) and spent time exploring different cities while there so I know a thing or two about the beautiful country! Thailand is one of my favorite countries and I'm excited to return and bring you along for an experience of a lifetime. We're not limiting ourselves to one city - let's do three! We'll spend time enjoying Chiang Mai, Bangkok, and Krabi. Wait, did I tell you that we're going during Songkran, Thailand's New Year?! I can't think of a better way to experience Thailand!

This trip is for people who:

  1. Enjoy learning about local culture (ex: food and people) when they're traveling

  2. Are open-minded and respectful of others' cultures

  3. Are into culture immersion with a side of mid-level luxury

  4. Interested in meeting new people (locals and foreigners)

  5. Love having random fun and engaging experiences

Day 1

You made it to beautiful Bangkok. You will be picked up by our friendly, experienced, and professional transportation team. It’s been a long flight so relax. Go for a swim, catch some ZZZs, explore, whatever you like.

You have a busy and adventurous week ahead of you but it's time to meet your traveling family. Let's enjoy our first night together on a private yacht sailing the beautiful Chao Phraya River. What better way to tour beautiful Bangkok than dinner on a private luxury yacht? Enjoy a drink and toast to the good life as we enjoy local Thai cuisine and beautiful sights along the way.

I’m known for eating unique foods but don’t worry - there won’t be any "unique eats" served during this meal (we will definitely go to local markets for the daring foodies).

Day 2

Today is your first full day in Bangkok. Are you ready to see what the capital has to offer? We will start the morning off with a hearty breakfast before hitting the Bangkok streets. What would this cultural experience be without local markets? We'll head to the two most famous markets in Bangkok - the Maeklong Railway Market and Damnoen Saduak Floating Market.

For dinner, we'll restaurant-hop through the city using private local tuk-tuks. I guarantee you'll taste some of the finest local Asian cuisine you've ever tasted. After enjoying meals around Bangkok, we'll head to the famous Khaosan Road (we might even hit up the 'Red Light District' depending on your comfort zone).

After a night of local fun, it's time to head home. We've got an early morning flight to catch to our next destination - Chiang Mai!

Day 3

It’s time to head to Chiang Mai to celebrate Songkran! Songkran is Thailand's New Year national holiday and lasts around 2 days. If you've never been to Thailand in April, you’re in for a real cultural treat. People from around the world travel to Thailand each year to celebrate and partake in the festivities. Songkran is often referred to as the biggest water fight in the world. No worries - we've got you covered on the water weaponry - you'll need it!!

Later, we'll head to a private cultural ceremony for dinner and a local village before exploring some of Chiang Mai's night bazaars.

Interested in testing out your ultimate foodie side? Here's where you can try many unique Thailand dishes. You didn’t think we’d go all the way to Thailand and not eat something unique, did you? If you’re not ready for this type of foodie life - no worries. There’s a variety of local Asian cuisine as well as cuisine from around the world.

Day 4

It’s the first official day of Songkran but we’ve got some early morning activities we’ve got to enjoy before we can engage in the festivities.

After breakfast, we’ll take the scenic route to Mae Wang where we’ll go bamboo rafting on the Mae Wang River. Then, we’ll head to an ethical elephant sanctuary to spend time with the biggest land animals in the world - elephants. Here at this sanctuary, you’ll get to observe, walk, feed, and swim with these gentle giants in their natural habitat. After spending time with elephants, we’ll enjoy a hearty lunch before heading back to Chiang Mai for Songkran.

This is the moment we’ve been waiting for!! It’s Songkran timeee! Make sure you have your water balloons and raincoats ready!

DAY 5

It’s the second day of Songkran. Before heading downtown for concerts, games, and other Songkran-related activities (there’s still more water), we’ll take a hot air balloon ride over beautiful Chiang Mai. You’ve experienced tuk-tuks, boats, local trains, and now you’ll see the beautiful country aerial-style.

After our balloon ride, we’ll go to one of the largest temples in Chiang Mai - then it's back to Songkran!!

For dinner, we’ll head to one of the most exclusive restaurants in Chiang Mai.

DAY 6

Did you enjoy gorgeous Chiang Mai? It’s time for some beach and sun - are you ready? We’ll catch our flight from Chiang Mai to Krabi for 3 nights. After lunch, you are free to enjoy the water and sun as you see fit!

For dinner, we’ll take a longtail boat and set sail for our evening island sunset cruise where you’ll get the chance to explore the many islands in Krabi before enjoying a local dinner at sea.

DAY 7

It’s our first full day in paradise. Today is about exploring beautiful Krabi. We'll see famous temples and landmarks before heading back out to sea. We’ll spend the day enjoying numerous water activities before hitting the town for dinner and beach nightlife.

We'll give you a break today because tomorrow is beach party time. Don't be tardy for the beach party!

DAY 8

It’s beach party time! After breakfast, we’ll set sail on our private catamaran for our day party extravaganza to Koh Lanta, one of the most gorgeous islands in the world! Drinks, good food, swimming, and even some underwater spelunking are on today’s agenda. Don’t know what spelunking is - you’ll find out and you’ll definitely have a blast as we explore Emerald Cave to discover a “hidden” beach.

After spending the day caveploring (if it wasn’t a word before - it is now), we’ll head to a famous cave restaurant where we’ll watch the sunset as we dine beneath the starry skies. The night is still young so enjoy what Krabi has to offer for our last night before returning to the capital city, Bangkok.

DAY 9

After breakfast, you’ll have some free time to finish enjoying the beautiful beaches of Krabi before our afternoon flight back to Bangkok for the final days of our Thailand adventure. Once in Bangkok, the day is yours to enjoy. We’ll have activities lined up for those who can’t get enough of our awesomeness!!

DAY 10

This is our last full day in Thailand. Though you’re probably a little sad, we’ll do our best to keep your mind off of departing - we still have some exploring to do! After breakfast, we’ll tour some of the grandest temples in Thailand and we’ll even get to see the world famous Reclining Buddha at Wat Pho Temple. We’ll head to ChinaTown for lunch and explore Old Bangkok before dinner at one of the most unique restaurants in Bangkok.

Shall we do one last night on the town? Yes, we shall. We’ll head out to enjoy flower markets and a few night bazaars before returning to our home away from home. This has been a great experience and we hope you enjoyed it too.

Day 11

This is our last day in Bangkok. We’ll enjoy our last group breakfast together before returning home. We can’t wait to explore with you on the next trip!
