Day 1

You will be picked up by our friendly, experienced, and professional Kenyan transportation team. Enjoy the luxurious life in your home away from home. It’s been a long flight so relax.

What’s for dinner on the first night? Well, what’s luxury if you don’t have a personal chef to whip up local cuisine? Learn how to make local Kenyan cuisine from a local chef. Don’t worry - we got you covered with the drinks too!

I’m known for eating unique foods but don’t worry - there won’t be any goat bowels served during this meal.

Day 2

Today, we’ll head to our 3 day camping experience in one of the largest national parks in the world - and one of the few parks in Africa where you can witness the BIG 5 (lions, leopards, elephants, buffalo, rhinos)!

This ain’t the National Geographic channel - this is real life, honey.

You will awake to hippos every morning and the sounds of lions at night (don’t worry - you’re safe). You’ll also enjoy breakfast and dinner each day with local Maasai tribesmen. Sit around the campfire as they share their culture and history with you and take it all in. Yes, you are actually in Africa!

We have a super safari surprise for you!!

Day 3

Today, you will experience a full-day game safari experience. Wake up early and catch the hippos heading into the water from the safety of your tent.

We will leave the campsite after a delightful breakfast and head to the Mara plains. Though our guides are experienced and have been doing this for years, it’s all EYES on deck. Keep your eyes peeled for animals because they’re everywhere.

We'll have lunch in the park then head back to the camp in the evening (there will be 2-3 vehicles for those who choose to return to the campsite earlier). We’ll stop in the local town to re-up on drinks before heading back to camp (because what’s an adult camping experience without drinks) and everyone will have a chance to explore the local town (there are local bars and shops as well).

Day 4

How was the safari experience?Today, we will begin our trek back to our home in Nairobi for the night. We will arrive at our home around 2pm, relax for a while before it’s time to sample these Nairobi streets,

We will head to one of the largest markets in Nairobi filled with food, jewelry, souvenirs, and other keepsakes. Wander away and enjoy what the market has to offer.

Don’t ruin your appetite because We will have dinner at one of the most popular dinner spots in Nairobi. The view is amazing!

After dinner, let’s go to a local spot and enjoy some music and fun.

DAY 5

Now that we've had our safari experience, it's time to enjoy the beach. Our early morning flight from Nairobi will take us to Mombasa where we will enjoy pristine waters and peace.

In the afternoon, we'll take a city tour of Mombasa and soak up the history of this gorgeous city before hitting the dock and setting sail on our private dhow boat dinner cruise.

After returning from our cruise, the night is yours. Enjoy nightlife, the beach, or peace in your room. See you tomorrow!

DAY 6

Let's start the day with a light breakfast then head to Mombasa's Marine National Park where we'll partake in wind surfing, water skiing, snorkeling, diving, and other water activities. We'll "swim" (don't worry if you can't actually swim because I can't either) amongst a colorful variety of marine species including crabs, starfish, stone fish, cucumbers sea urchins, and turtles.

We'll head back to the hotel then enjoy a unique eating experience before heading to the local market to explore. The evening is yours but we have a flight to catch in the morning!

DAY 7

We've done safari and beach life but now it's time to enjoy the city life in Nairobi. We’ll catch our early flight and return to Nairobi for our last two days.

Are you ready to try local favorites? A local culinary chef will guide us through the market to taste local Kenyan street food at one of Kenya’s most famous markets. Try mutura, ugali, local sugar cane, and other well-seasoned dishes that are guaranteed to have you wanting more.

While enjoying the local cuisine, you can also shop for local Ankara wear, jewelry, bags, and other handmade items that not only compliment your style but also bring money into the local community.

During the evening, we’ll enjoy a local cultural dance show and spend time with locals who will teach us Afrobeat dances that we can surely use when we hit the streets for the nightlife.

Day 8

Today is our last full day together. I know you’re probably not ready to go but no worries - we have a jam-packed day to keep your mind off of returning to work!

After breakfast, we’ll head to Giraffe Center to feed giraffes and then to Elephant Orphanage for a private session with baby elephants.

After enjoying the day with Kenya’s gentle giants, we’ll catch a boda boda (a local motorbike ride) through Kenya’s richest neighborhood, Karen. You’ll get to see where Nairobi’s wealthy live as we head to lunch at a famous restaurant known for it’s tasty dishes and drinks! You can even view and purchase local art as we dine.

After lunch, we’ll head to the local neighborhood of Kibera where we will get to interact with locals in the neighborhood. We’ll hear their stories and do a giveback of donated items (included). It’s important that we always give back to the communities we visit when traveling. Join in a local soccer game, dancing, or introduce yourself to one of the many locals in the community.

Finally, we'll have our last dinner at a popular restaurant in Nairobi known for game meat. Ever tried ostrich before?

This has been a great experience and, though we return to our final destinations tomorrow, we have built connections and created memories that will last forever!
